RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


We aim to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

  • All products sold by TIGIDA are subject to this return and exchange policy.

  • By placing an order, the customer automatically agrees to these terms.

  • Items must be returned in:

    • Original condition

    • Original packaging

    • Unused, unwashed, and unworn

Any product that does not meet these conditions will be refused.


2. Timeframes

  • Return or exchange request: within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Exchange deadline: up to 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after these periods will not be accepted.


3. Accepted Cases

We accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects (printing, stitching, stains, damage)

  • Wrong item sent by our team

  • Product received is completely different from what was shown on our website

In these cases, the exchange will be processed at no additional cost.


4. Non-Accepted Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size chosen by the customer

  • Change of mind after receiving the order

  • Personal expectations not mentioned on the product page

  • Normal variations in color or print due to lighting or screen differences

In these cases:

  • Exchange only

  • Return shipping fees are paid by the customer

  • A deduction of 30% or a minimum of 25 DH may apply


5. Refund Policy

  • Cash refunds are not available

  • Refunds are processed only as:

    • Exchange

    • Store credit (if applicable)

⚠️ Full refund is issued only if the product received is entirely different from the ordered product.


6. Return Procedure

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via our official communication channels

  2. Provide:

    • Clear photos of the product

    • Order number

    • City and delivery address

  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours

No return will be accepted without prior confirmation.


7. Delivery Refusal

  • Orders refused at delivery without a valid reason may result in:

    • Order cancellation

    • Restriction from future purchases

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable
