Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with TIGIDA within Morocco.

1. Shipping Method

• All orders are shipped using Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Payment is made in cash upon delivery to the courier.

• Orders are shipped only after confirmation.

2. Shipping Cost

• Free shipping on all orders.

• Shipping fees are already included in the product price.

• For internal calculation purposes, shipping is set at a fixed rate of 30 DH per order.

3. Processing Time

• Orders are prepared within 24 hours after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier or location conditions.

5. Order Confirmation

• Orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone before shipping.

• Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped.

• By confirming the order, the customer agrees to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.

6. Delivery Refusal

• Orders that are confirmed and then refused without a valid reason may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Restriction from future purchases

• Repeated refusals may lead to blocking future COD orders.

7. Incorrect Address or Unreachable Customer

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

• If the courier cannot reach the customer or the address is incorrect:

  • The order may be canceled

  • The customer may be restricted from future orders

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and your order number

9. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with TIGIDA, the customer agrees to this Shipping Policy.
