By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

• By ordering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Products & Availability

• All products are subject to availability.

• Colors and prints may slightly vary due to lighting or screen settings.

• Product descriptions and size charts are provided for guidance.

3. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (DH).

• Shipping is free and already included in the product price.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Payment Method

• All orders are processed using Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

5. Order Confirmation

• Orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone before shipping.

• Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped.

• By confirming, you agree to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within Morocco only.

• Estimated delivery time: 24–72 hours, depending on location.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

7. Delivery Refusal

• Refusing a confirmed order without a valid reason may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Restriction from future purchases

• Although shipping is free for customers, refused orders cause losses and are monitored.

8. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• No cash refunds are provided.

9. User Responsibilities

To avoid disputes, customers agree to:

• Provide correct contact and address details

• Choose sizes carefully before ordering

• Be available to receive the order

• Communicate respectfully with our team

Failure to comply may result in order cancellation or restriction.

10. Limitation of Liability

TIGIDA is not responsible for:

• Delivery delays beyond our control

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Refused orders after confirmation

• Minor variations in product appearance

All content, designs, images, and logos are the property of TIGIDA and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
